Girls on the Run® (GOTR) is an experiential learning program for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade girls that combines training for a 5K running event with life-changing, self-esteem enhancing, uplifting warm-ups & workouts that encourage emotional, social, mental and physical development.
Girls on Track® (GOT) is designed for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls. The program follows the model of GOTR with topics and discussions designed to meet the needs of middle school girls.
Participants meet for one hour and fifteen minutes after school two days per week beginning in March and culminating in May with the 5K Event. Fall programs are available in some locations if there is sufficient enrollment.
